- Stock and maintain inventory levels of products - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries - Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls - Maintain an organized and clean work area - Fulfill customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Utilize Excel or other software to track inventory and sales data Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or dealership environment is required - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating totals - Familiarity with retail math concepts such as markups, discounts, and profit margins If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Parts Counter Person.
