We are looking for highly motivated a SERVICE ADVISOR with a team attitude and strongcustomer service skills.
We are a stable and established Family-Owned Automotive Dealership serving the Southern NJ and Philly markets with high quality New and Pre-Owned vehicles for the past 50 years.
We have a large and continually growing retail customer base.
You will be part of a fast paced and friendly work environment.
As one of our Service Consultants, you'll be at the forefront of the automotive industry, promoting the most advanced vehicles and systems in the market today, and working with the latest in diagnostic technology and state-of-the-art equipment.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating customer vehicles for servicing, ensuring a high level customer experience and maximizing departmental profitability.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their needs.
Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes.
Record customer information and vehicle information accurately.
Communicate with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
Explain repair options to customers and provide cost estimates.
Schedule appointments for customers and technicians.
Keep up to date on product information, pricing, and promotions.
